We ship USPS, United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours, weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.

Returns
Enclose a copy of your invoice and a completed return form.
We offer a 15-day, from purchase date, money-back guarantee on all products. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase you have made from us, we offer your choice of:
* Refund (minus shipping)
* Credit
* Exchange
* Replacement
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility. Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of Hair International and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more.
All we ask is that you download, print and complete our Return Form, within 30 days from your purchase date, and that you include your original receipt with your return. Send returns to the Returns Department listed on the Returns Form. Sorry, but returns sent without an Return Form will be returned, unopened, to you.
Habitual and excessive returns may void the 30-day money-back guarantee and be subject to a re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
